Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Design visually appealing graphics for social media, digital campaigns, and marketing materials.
• Create engaging creatives including posts, carousels, stories, banners, and ad designs.
• Develop thumbnails and promotional visuals that align with Floret’s brand identity.
• Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to transform ideas into impactful designs.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and creative techniques.
• Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and visual assets when required.
• Ensure consistency in branding across all platforms and marketing channels.
• Deliver high-quality designs within deadlines and manage multiple projects efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, and familiarity with motion graphic .
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Creative thinking with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret briefs and convert concepts into compelling visuals.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in the finance, trading, or fintech industry will be considered an advantage.
