Description
Key responsibilities:
• Develop fresh and engaging content ideas for social media campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, viral formats, and platform updates.
• Create creative concepts for Reels, carousels, stories, and video content.
• Research competitors and identify new content opportunities.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to execute content strategies.
• Write compelling captions and content briefs when required.
• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights.
• Ensure all content aligns with Floret’s brand voice and objectives.
Qualifications:
• Minimum Bachelors – Mass com/BBA
• Proven experience in content creation or social media management.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn trends.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Excellent communication and idea-presentation skills.
• Basic knowledge of content planning and audience engagement strategies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the finance or trading industry will be considered a plus.
